Reminder: 2009 Dues

Since our club was founded late in 2008, we have decided to pro-rate our membership dues for this year only. Therefore, our dues schedule for 2009 is as follows:

Current members:
o Payment received BEFORE 15 March - $35 pro-rated membership dues
o Payment received AFTER 15 March - $65 (full membership registration dues) for Open Members, $35 for Senior Member Dues (65 and older) and $25 for Youth Member Dues (17 and younger)

New members:
o $50 initiation fee + $65 full membership registration dues

Dues can be paid to the VARCHA Treasurer (Daniel Maso), by way of any of the following methods:

． Paypal – You can send the registration dues via Paypal to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address). Put 'VARCHA Registration Dues' in the subject line along with your Full Name. the treasurer will follow up with an email that payment was received.
． Postal Mail – You can mail a personal check to the treasurer, payable to 'VARCHA'. Mail the check to the address: 967 Longview Lane, Culpeper, VA 22701.
． In Person – You can provide payment in person to any VARCHA Officer at the flying field. Personal checks are preferred but not required. Please make personal checks out to 'VARCHA'.

As a reminder, in accordance with the VARCHA by-laws (Article 3), all members flying at the VARCHA field are required to have current dues paid and their membership current with AMA. Also, please be sure you carry proof of AMA membership with you at VARCHA at all times.
