VARCHA 2012 Membership Dues Now Due

As we approach the 2012 flying season, it’s important to remind everyone that club dues are now due. A lot of work is put into running the business affairs of the club, and club dues are an integral part of our success. So if you have not already paid, please submit your dues renewal as soon as possible.

Our dues renewal schedule for 2012 is as follows:

Current members:
o Payment of $65 for the 2012 season, needs to be received no later than December 31, 2011, along with a completed membership application. A PDF is available at http://www.varcha.org/images/uploads/MembershipApp2012.pdf, please send the completed membership application to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).

New members:

o $50 initiation fee + $65 full membership registration dues, along with the completed membership application (hhttp://www.varcha.org/images/uploads/MembershipApp2012.pdf).

Dues can be paid to VARCHA, following any of the following methods:

· PayPal – You can send the registration dues via Paypal to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address). Put ‘VARCHA Registration Dues’ in the subject line along with your Full Name. I will follow up with an email that payment was received.

· Postal Mail – You can mail a personal check to me, payable to ‘VARCHA’. Mail the check to my address: 621 Kings Grant Rd, Culpeper, VA 22701. I will follow up with an email when the payment is received.


As a reminder, in accordance with the VARCHA by-laws (Article 3), all members flying at the VARCHA field are required to have current dues paid and their membership current with AMA. Also, please be sure you carry proof of AMA membership with you at VARCHA at all times.
