VARCHA End of Year Banquet

I know we have been talking about this for some time, but we finally have scheduled the 2009 VARCHA Meeting & Banquet for Sunday, March 1 at 3:30 pm. Since we only have two meetings a year it is extremely important that everyone attend, if at all possible.

The meeting/banquet will take place at McMahon's Irish Pub in Warrenton, VA. They have a great private room and can accommodate all of us with a guest. The menu features a ton of items which range in price from $9 - $20 and of course they have adult beverages as well.

The board has a lot of great things planned for 2009 and on the agenda for the meeting are the following:

• Club Contests


• 3D & FAI Clinic


• May Contest


• 2009 Heli-Invasion


• Discounts, Bulk Fuel Purchase & Trade Up Program

So plan on attending, it will be great fun and we even have some awards to give out. Mark your calendars for Sunday March 1 at 3:30 pm.
